In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on the information society and electronic commerce services, among others, the general information pertaining to this website is indicated below
Solplast S.A. is a Spanish company based in Lorca, with Tax ID A-301109433, and registered in the Trade Register of Murcia, in Book 366, Folio 56, Section 3A, Sheet 6.542, record 1A of the corporation (S.A.) records.
These General Conditions of Use (hereafter, “General Conditions of Use”) regulate the access and use by any person (hereafter, the “User”) of the pages that form part of the web domain http://www.solplast.com, belonging to the Company, as well as all the contents and services that are included on it.
Access to this website and navigation on it imply the prior full acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions of Use.
WEBSITE ACCESS AND USE. OUR CONTENTS.
The User is solely responsible for his/her conduct when accessing the information on this website, while navigating on it and after having accessed it.
In this regard, the User undertakes to use the website and all the services on it in good faith and in accordance with law, these General Conditions of Use, morality, proper conduct and public order. Likewise, the User is obligated to use all website services and contents in a correct, lawful manner.
As the result of the foregoing, the User is the sole party liable to the Company and third parties for any consequences that might arise from the use of any website content for illicit purposes and/or effects or those that violate these General Conditions of Use, regardless of whether said content has been created by the Company or is officially published under their name.
Finally, the Company reserves the right to update the contents as it deems necessary, and to delete them, limit them or prevent access to them, either temporarily or permanently. It may also deny access to the website to any User who misuses the contents and/or violates any of the conditions that are set out in these General Conditions of Use.

The User is hereby advised that said rights are protected by current Spanish and international legislation governing intellectual and industrial property. Likewise, and notwithstanding the foregoing, the contents of this website are also considered a computer program, and thus all current Spanish and European Community legislation in this regard also applies.
The reproduction of all or any part of this website or any of its contents, even by means of a hyperlink, is expressly prohibited without express written permission from the Company.
As a result of this, the User recognizes and agrees that the Company allows access to said content for the User’s own use, but grants no license or implied authorization whatsoever pertaining to intellectual and/or industrial property rights, or any other right or property directly or indirectly related to the website contents.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
In compliance with the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (abbreviated as the “LOPD” in Spanish) and Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Implementing Regulations for Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, regarding the protection of personal data (abbreviated as the “RDLOPD” in Spanish), the Company hereby informs you that access and use of its website does not involve any collection of the User’s personal data by the Company. However, the data the User voluntarily provides will be added to a properly registered file belonging to the Company for processing.
The use of the forms and services on the present website is limited to users over 18 years of age. By using any of them, the User guarantees that he/she meets this requirement and accepts the consequences that may arise if this is not the case.

This request must be accompanied by the following data: the User’s name and surname(s), address for purposes of notifications and a photocopy of his/her national ID document or passport. In the case of representation, this must be demonstrated by a certified document. In addition, it is necessary to include the specific request being made, the date, the User’s signature and the documents accrediting the request, if applicable.
The Company hereby informs you that it has adopted appropriate levels of security and that it has also installed all the means and measures available to it to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or removal of this data, given the current state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, regardless of whether they originate from human action or the physical or natural environment.
The Company assumes that the data have been entered by their holder or someone else authorized by them, and that they are correct and precise. The User is responsible for updating his/her own data. The Company shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracy if the User does not communicate any changes that may have occurred (for example, change of email address).
The Company undertakes to use the utmost discretion and confidentiality with regard to the information it is provided and to use it only for the indicated purposes.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.
These General Conditions of Use are subject to Spanish Law.
To resolve any conflict that might arise in relation to access to the web page, the User and the Company expressly agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of LORCA, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
